That little trick your using to hold down 2 strings with one finger is essential to my ability to play guitar. I even use the stub for some 7th chords! LOL

this is probably the most useful guitar video there is on youtube, because it was the way jimi spruced up his rhythm guitar that made song like hey joe a legendary song

Hi, thank you for your great and helpful lessons. Is this a Hot Rod Tele? Did you say you just got it? Because at the moment I’m waiting for the American Deluxe Ash to be available again, because I think it’s the right one for me and I tried a lot of different Teles, but not the Hot Rod. Does this give you the typical Tele sound, although it has no standard neck pickup? Can you tell me, why you are prefering this one? Thanks!

Central elements in the Hendrix magic! Very good. I get so interested in the proper sound and the good sustain in these relatively clean tones. Is this due to the guitar, your Mesa amp or both ?

What a great teacher. I play in a classic rock band, and after watching this video i immediately started using these techniques to fill up the rhythm especially when the singer was in between his lines. And every one in the band positively commented after the first song. (which happened to be a hendrix song). Thank you. Your lessons are not only enlightening, but also inspiring.
