This is yet another video on rhythm guitar lessons. Here you will learn tricks and techniques to manage hand movements on the frets. It helps learning more easier since the video is focused on the hand movements while playing the hendrix style rhythm guitar.
Take your rhythm guitar knowledge into the next level with this lesson.

That little trick your using to hold down 2 strings with one finger is essential to my ability to play guitar. I even use the stub for some 7th chords! LOL

Hi, thank you for your great and helpful lessons. Is this a Hot Rod Tele? Did you say you just got it? Because at the moment I’m waiting for the American Deluxe Ash to be available again, because I think it’s the right one for me and I tried a lot of different Teles, but not the Hot Rod. Does this give you the typical Tele sound, although it has no standard neck pickup? Can you tell me, why you are prefering this one? Thanks!
Diddo! I’ve been trying to figure that stuff out for a while. You put it in a new light.
this is for beginners
Central elements in the Hendrix magic! Very good. I get so interested in the proper sound and the good sustain in these relatively clean tones. Is this due to the guitar, your Mesa amp or both ?
Thanks,,I love Hendrix, good ,easy to follow lesson! Thanks again, from Fla.
Great Tip!

Nice work!
thanks so much for the clear teachings…
I’ve watched most of your lessons, but I especially love this one. Well done man, keep it up.
What a great teacher. I play in a classic rock band, and after watching this video i immediately started using these techniques to fill up the rhythm especially when the singer was in between his lines. And every one in the band positively commented after the first song. (which happened to be a hendrix song). Thank you. Your lessons are not only enlightening, but also inspiring.
good simple technique that adds a lot of finesse and vibe. thx bud.
lol the shadow of the strings is confusing me xD
at the beginning i was like whaaat ? o_O and then i was like oh owkay that’s just shadow
