The thing is that the guitar is so broad and its sound is always changing and evolving. One way it is evolving is with guitar tricks.
One thing that makes a guitar player stand out in a band is with tricks. The better the trick, the more of a response that the guitar player is going to get. Some of these tricks range from playing the guitar upside down, playing it behind your back and head, then getting behind someone else and playing their guitar. Everyone has seen these tricks and they are amazing and astounding when they are performed.
